Responsibilities :
- Overhead Management
- Manage RO & Sites administration
- Vendor Management
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Offer solutions for improvement
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation(NMP /AOP)
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- Contingency management
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Skill set Required
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
