Full Time Graduate is must with Min 10 yrs' exp in Service Industry, Administration, Facility Management etc. Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Power point, Excel). Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments. Willingness to work flexible hours overlapping Asia and Europe business hours. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiating skills. High level of organizational and administration skills.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the functional managers efficiently and effectively
- Execute all administrative tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Operating Model, Wealth Management efficiently in the offshore set up.
- Execute all administrative tasks and projects assigned by the Head Asset Management & Wealth Management Centers efficiently in the offshore set up.
- Implement projects as instructed with minimum supervision
- Space management.
- Premises management.
