Job purpose :
The incumbent is responsible for the overall health of account and managing all stakeholders associated with the account internally as well as externally
Duties and responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management: Penetrating the given account & continue to engage and spread awareness via regularly meeting the client stakeholders with or without Superior and enhance the engagement further. Building and maintaining strong, long- lasting customer relationships
- Market Intel: Collect Intelligence on the customer deals, company, market, competitors & industry
- Account Management: Smooth & Timely Delivery of all requirements (deal/report/escalations/minutes/meeting) to customer and manages Customer Satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Lead Generation, Opportunity Generation, tracking all opportunities from requirement gathering, summarizing, clarifying queries, quote validation, approval & finalization, timely submission & follow up on closure
- Track Contract signing, PO receipt & overdue collections etc.
- Account Mapping: Prepare account map & org chart for client company & department as per decision making power & continue to update it
- Submit Periodic Report: Submit Weekly Reports & Dashboard : Sales (Quota Achievement/Pipelines/POA) & Overdue Payments and Collection
- Works alongside sales leaders in closing sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads in the prescribed account
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned account
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Regional heads, Sales support & Marketing ) to improve the entire sales process.
- This position may require occasional travel
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors in the respective account
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
- Maintain & update all data logs in CRM on Realtime basis
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in management /MBA or other management qualification from reputed institutes
Experience Required :
- Proven relevant work experience as an International Account manager of at least 7 years
Skills and Abilities :
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of Account performance metrics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Should have in depth of International Enterprise Account management
- Presentation Skills
