Senior Account Manager Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager specializing in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Client Relationship Management, Time Management, Multi tasking, Problem Solving, and Team Management.

Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from clients.

- Possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within the Staffing industry.

- Handle State Clients or Direct Clients effectively.

- Demonstrate strong Client facing capabilities by engaging directly with clients to understand new requirements, and oversee Submittals, interviews, and placements.

- Exhibit a proven track record in Client Management and staffing sales.

- Showcase technical proficiency in the field.

- Utilize recruitment tools and strategies proficiently.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be goal-oriented and thrive in a target-driven environment.
