Senior Account Manager
Account Managers have responsibility of working directly with brand and marketing teams to prepare and assimilate production briefs and ensuring smooth running of projects, ensuring the highest quality of deliverable within agreed time and costs. As part of the role, they need to ensure a clear line of communication and client management appropriately through all stages of a project.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Set standards for delivery that inspire and motivate others within the team
- Ensure all projects are managed in time
- Effectively manage strong on-going relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
- Effectively manage multiple projects and media types where required
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Must have 10-12 years of overall experience including project management, agency account management
- Beauty experience preferred
- Must possess a strong understanding of agency productions
- Strong organization skills keeping track of multiple projects with different timelines
- Significant experience of MS Office is mandatory
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative and keen to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree or experience in the related field.
- Proven project management skills.
- Effectively and professionally communicate and work with executive management and customer service.
- Prioritization, time management and attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Adobe suite
- Experience working with global marketing partners a plus
- Proven ability to multi-task in a busy manufacturing environment with deadlines.
- Capability to motivate and influence people.
- Work individually as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Have demonstrated success in implementing and/or managing quality initiatives
