Senior Account Manager - Commercial Department

1. Up keeping of Accounts, Heads and Accounting Software

2. Ledger Balance

3. Voucher Management

4. Customer and Vendor Accounts

5. Take care of Import, Custom, all supply chain, Account receivables, Branch expenses/ administration, Warehouse operational activities (if necessary), etc

6. Invoicing

7. Collections

8. On time Taxes to Government

9. Sales Incentive

Desired Profile:

1. A very strong candidate who has handled complete Commercial Department i.e Imports, Customs, DGFT, JDGFT

2. Should be:

a. Highly energetic, able to work in high pressure environment

b. Interested in long term career with the company

c. Very strong in liaisoning with various Government authorities

d. A good team player and need to be focused on team efforts like Establish objectives, work delegations, drive performance and positive approach on feedback & assessment

e. Result oriented and Independent personality

3. Should have:

a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills b. Excellent analytical and organizational skills

c. A strategic mindset with great negotiation skills

d. A basic understanding of product pricing, packaging & promotion, etc.,

e. Knowledge of Imports, Customs and Import related statutory compliances, Process of Supply Chain Logistics from storage/shipment to final delivery/site.
