We are hiring a Senior Account Executive - Client Servicing for a data, design and technology-driven Event management agency based in Bangalore.

Role: Senior Executive - Client Servicing - 4 - 6 years - Reports to Account Manager

Experience in client servicing in Event Management agency is mandatory.

Location: Delhi and Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-Time - Please note this is a work from office role - 5 days working

We are a 60 people strong, 11 year old and well established Marketing Services company. Over the last decade, we have designed and delivered experiential marketing campaigns for brands like Red Hat, Google, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Salesforce, Tableau, Automation Anywhere, IBM, Cisco, Nvidia and other noteworthy fortune brands.

Job Description:

- This individual will be responsible for managing one or more client accounts along with the Account Manager and will function as the support to AM or be a direct point of contact for clients.

- This position works under close supervision and must be comfortable coordinating with various internal teams.

The Sr. Account Executive must be able to handle high-stress situations and manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the company to ensure a smooth management of deliverables, as per deadlines / Timeline tracker.

- Project Management: Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship with clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management in the Event management agency/industry or a related field.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
