JD:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ABAP + FIORI + CPI/HCI Consultant with over 10 years of real-time and hands-on experience in SAP development and implementation. As a self-starter with a strong technical background, the ideal candidate should possess expertise in ABAP, FIORI, and CPI/HCI configuration and processes in various areas, including User Interface Development, Custom Application Development, Workflow and Business Process Automation, Data Reporting and Analytics, and Data Migration and Transformation. The candidate should also have a proven track record of successfully integrating SAP components with non-SAP tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of ABAP, FIORI, and CPI/HCI solutions for complex business requirements.

2. Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and design.

3. Independently work on projects and deliver high-quality solutions within set timelines, ensuring adherence to project management practices and agile methodologies.

4. Demonstrate expertise in ABAP development, including custom code enhancements, debugging, performance tuning, and object-oriented programming.

5. Utilize FIORI to design and create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, streamlining user interactions with SAP applications.

6. Develop and implement Workflow and Business Process Automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

7. Perform Data Reporting and Analytics tasks using SAP tools and technologies to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

8. Lead Data Migration and Transformation activities, ensuring accurate and secure data transfer across systems.

9. Integrate SAP components with external systems and non-SAP tools, utilizing various integration technologies and APIs.

10. Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to lead project teams effectively.

11. Display advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and presentations.

12. Be self-motivated with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ABAP, FIORI, and CPI/HCI development and implementation.

3. Proven experience in User Interface Development, Custom Application Development, Workflow and Business Process Automation, Data Reporting and Analytics, and Data Migration and Transformation.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

5. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Flexibility with working hours to accommodate project requirements and deadlines.

7. SAP certification in ABAP, FIORI, or CPI/HCI is desirable.
