- We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition for our India offices.
- You will be the cornerstone of our hiring strategy, focusing on attracting top talent for our Technical and non-technical teams for Noida and Bengaluru locations.
- You will lead a dynamic recruitment team, implementing innovative sourcing strategies to ensure we bring in the best candidates who align with our mission, culture & values.

As Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high quality candidates for product development and other roles for Noida and Bengaluru locations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Talent acquisition partners, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Sourcing Innovation: Use creative sourcing methods, such as social media, networking, and partnerships, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and build tailored recruitment strategies to align with business needs.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes continuously.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives to ensure our workforce reflects the communities we serve.
- Collaboration with global HR team: Collaborate with the global TA team and People business partners to respect the current process and improve it further.
- Employer branding: Find innovative ways to market our company to desired job seekers and showcase our organization's unique culture so Brevo can be recognized as a top place to work.
- HR Projects: Work on multiple global-level projects and find ways to improve our recruitment & onboarding processes.
What will contribute to your success:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Well-organised, structured, and able to prioritize projects.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Good knowledge of the Indian job market and strategies.
