Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, ad copywriting, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI. You will work with our marketing team to develop data-driven strategies to boost lead generation and sales through Google Search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet business goals and objectives.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.
- Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy that adheres to Google Ads best practices and drives high click-through rates (CTR).
- Bid Management: Optimize bids to maximize ad performance while maintaining budget constraints.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the ad spend to ensure maximum ROI while staying within allocated budgets.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize audience insights and demographic targeting to increase relevance and engagement.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' paid search strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Paid Search.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns.
- Google Certification: Google Ads certification is a must.
- Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large-scale campaigns with multiple ad groups and keyword lists.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present insights and reports to stakeholders.
