Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Solutioning:

- Your role will be to acquire clients and develop your relationship with them by selling and delivering solutions in the field of Leadership Development, Retained Recruitment of Key Talents and Executive Coaching. Our USP relies not only on our method but also on the fact that beyond giving advice we commit with our client to implement what we recommend.

Partnering:

- By improving the efficiency of your client’s teams, understanding their business strategies and aligning their capabilities to their goals, you will develop yourselves as a true valuable partner working at their side and accompanying their growth. You will also contribute to the success of our international clients already having operations in India

Profile:

- 10 -15 years of experience having led teams and delivered value-added solutions to your clients.

- Good network at CXO level and want to develop yourself in people leadership field. We provide you with our methods and tools, the support of our worldwide organisation and some specific training programs. You bring your energy, sense of challenge, your taste for team work and ability to sell and manage accounts.

- Exposure to MNC environment is a must.
