Job Description - Reporting in to the head of marketing, you will be responsible for- Managing, planning and developing the marketing strategy for the segment.
- Developing key relationships with important brands to increase brand identification.
- Marketing the various products and innovations for the brands in the market.
- Working closely with the consumers and market research teams to identify consumer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for organic and inorganic growth of the segment.
- Managing and developing your team.
The Successful Candidate - You should have done your MBA in marketing from a premier Institute. You should have 10+ years of experience in the marketing domain in the FMCG/ FMCD/ Telecom industry. A person coming from a mix of consulting and marketing experience would be preferred. Someone who has a proven track record of setting up or creating a category would be a good fit. You must have excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to integrity.
