Role & Responsibility:

- Build an organized retail vertical - personalised marketing and consumer engagement business

- Drive the Segment Strategy and deployment initiatives for growing the business

- P&L responsibility for JioPrime Financial targets and KPIs assigned

- Develop detailed Marketing Plans and Initiatives for creating awareness about the business, with various stakeholders

- Execute Business Development activities to close New Accounts/Partners

- Uses personal domain knowledge of the vertical(s) and key industry leaders to identify opportunities for partnership and business development

- Resource Planning and Capacity building for the business unit

LOCATION MUMBAI

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 10-12 YEARS

Candidate Qualification and skill sets:

- MBA from a premier institute or tier 1 institute

- 3-5 years of business P&L leadership experience, with strategy, planning and execution oversight experience across functions

- 7-8 years working domain knowledge in Organized Retail (modern chains)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executional skills

- Good relationship builder with polish, gravitas and stakeholder management skills required to manage 'C' level expectations.
