Segment Head - Exports Sales - Bearing Industry
JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop the brand in the International Market.
- Develop new international customers to drive growth.
- Manage the business with high profitability and volume.
- Manage and train the Exports Team.
- Exports Strategy, Business Plan, Forecasting & Planning.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to manage export business, establish distribution networks, and develop distribution strategies.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of the business.
- Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Ensure payment collection as per agreed terms.
Relevant and total years of Experience:- 10+ Years of Experience Handling International Business in Europe and North America for industrial products.
- Business development experience of bearings in international markets.
- Candidates from industrial equipment like bearings, lubricants, compressors, Machine tool components, etc. are welcome to apply.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with bearing background.
