- The candidate should have an experience (15-20 Years) in Direct Sales through various internal Marketing tools/Business Development, Commercial Leasing.
- Possess excellent understanding of Commercial/Residential Real Estate market with its regional nuances and knowledge of current market dynamics.
- Have strong relationships with relevant Industry contacts/Channel Partners.
- Skilled at charting and executing business plans to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) targets optimizing resource allocation whilst keeping tab on annual budgets and developing communication strategies to accomplish commercial goals
- A revered leader helping team to achieve collective organizational goal yet leading from the front on complex negotiating various legal & techno commercial discussions
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and target
- Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
- Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed
- Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
