Job Description
Should have 3-5 yrs of experience in having tieups with hospitals, pathology labs, doctors and chemists, especially in NCR Delhi region.
Will be required to Onboard Doctor onto the Company platform and managing the relationship with them.
Should have very strong Network of Doctors in NCR region.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between Doctors and company's practice leaders/Principals.
Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place and competitor activity.
Develop effective working relationships with Doctors through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Understand the characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach and achieve the referrals from Corporate.
Follow-up with the newly generated leads and persuade them for a tie-up with the Organisation.
Note : Candidate must be able to Travel as per the need.
Qualification : A graduate degree in Management, preferably a post-graduate degree.
Experience : - 3-5 years of experience in sales in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
