Job Profile :

- Exceptional academic background B.Tech from IITs (any branch) or BITS/IIIT/NIT (Computer Science) only.

- More than 5 years of professional experience with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Algorithms Design, Programming and Database skills, preferably in Start-ups in price comparisons, ecommerce and payment space.

- Should have skill to create, lead and manage a technology team and work closely with the leadership team to develop the best-in-class solution

- Familiarity with data crawling, mapping and big data techniques

- Excellent knowledge of optimization techniques, and operations research

- Must be able to work under stringent timelines and work quality standards

- Should be able to lead the technology & data team and manage external IT vendors

- Ability to break down business requirements into prioritized technical activities, and delivering functional features in rapid sprints

- Experience and understanding of both RDBMS, and NoSQL database systems - such as MongoDB, Apache Cassandra / CouchDB, etc.

- Familiar with Elastic Searches queries and adept at handling JSON, XML datasets

- Possessing programming skills: preferably in one of Python, Perl, Ruby-on-Rails, Java

- Knowledge of cloud-server technologies and data & web-service hosting environment - AWS, Azure, Rackspace, etc.
