Overall responsible for setting up and run online training business for corporate trainings for domestic and international market

Setup the online training business platform and components

Drive the business with entrepreneurial spirit (to dream, build and drive things)

Should have good understanding of various components of online training including LMS, CMS etc.

Experience Requirement

5+ years of experience at key position in online training business.

Balanced experience in building the business as well as sales & marketing for online training domain

Strong ability to sale, market and build business by taking aggressive targets

Deep understanding of the market, competition in international and domestic market wrt online training

Excellence in Online learning tools, platforms and technologies
