About the job :

We at SEDEMAC are on the look-out for a 'Manager, HR Business Partner' to join our stellar Human Resources team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and providing strategic HR support to our organization.

Major Responsibilities :

- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business success.

- Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely and effective hiring of top talent. Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention, and career development.

- Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance improvement.

- Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

- HR Policy and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance.

- Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Lead efforts to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR programs and processes. Generate reports and insights to track key HR metrics and trends.

- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational change and transformation efforts. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change.

Managerial Skills and Experience :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets.

- Stakeholder and People Management skills.

- Strong High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus.

- Collaborative and effective teamwork.

- Ownership and sense of urgency.

- Good judgement and attention to details.

- Strong work ethic.

Education & Experience :

- Master's degree in HR from Tier I Management Institute with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably from Engineering background).
