Lead Executive, Talent Acquisition
About the job:
We at SEDEMAC are on the look-out for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our stellar Human Resourcesteam.
A Talent Acquisition Lead is intended to be in charge to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for the company. The candidate is expected to be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of 3-4 recruiters and manage overall talent acquisition process until onboarding of
the candidates
- Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals from Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering) to Operations (Production, Quality, SCM) and Support functions (Finance, HR, IT, QMS).
- Manage the campus hiring cycle from end-to-end. Act as point of contact for Campus Placement teams and students. Should be ready to travel to various campuses (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) during campus placements.
- Determine current staffing needs and forecast.
- Leverages multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates to ensure role match and cultural fitment.
- Conduct thorough pre-screen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration.
- Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers.
- Responsible for smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings and well communication channels with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Improve candidate experience.
- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with ATS and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Experience of handling campus hiring process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets
- Stakeholder and People Management skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience in manufacturing/ production recruitment is preferable

Information on Selection Process:
- The selection process will include an aptitude test plus interviews.
- There will be a focus on evaluation of the candidates understanding of technical, analytical & logical skills.
Education & Experience:
- MBA (HR) with 5-10 years of high-performance recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years of team handling experience
- Engineering graduate
