Major Skills and Responsibilities:

I. Conduct research to gain insights into the targeted market.

II. Develop and implement research methodologies & strategies to extract maximum information of the industry, key players, and trends.

III. Undertake in-depth customer research studies to identify the needs & aspirations of customers. Identify key decision criteria and influencing inputs for customer decisions.

IV. Able to extract data from different Sources, compile them and generate meaningful insights from the Data and prepare PPT for the Industry.

V. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that research methodologies are current and relevant.

VI. Understand Government regulations related to the markets.

VII. Acquire info on Key decision makers and key influencers of targeted OEMs via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.

VIII. Manage, analyse data, and interpret results to identify market trends and opportunities.

IX. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings.

X. Able to manage databases related to different markets and update them on a defined periodicity.

XI. Collaborate with cross-functional team on research insights to build robust dashboards.

XII. Willing to travel and interact with OEMs & Suppliers at Expos to gain insights or represent SEDEMAC at those Expos.

Prerequisites:

I. Proficient in MS-Office Package (especially PPT & Advanced Excel)

II. Knowledge of Data Visualization Software, Power BI or Tableau (Preferable)

III. Passion for market research and a keen interest in technology, and emerging trends in the industry.

IV. Proficient in written and spoken English.

V. Understanding of digital platforms for marketing and communication (added preference).

Education:

- MBA (Premium B-school)

- B Tech is preferable
