Security Manager - Ex-Army - Industrial Security

PARK BUSINESS CONSULTANTS:

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the security of all equipments, infrastructure, materials and personnel in the premises of the factory.

Qualifications:

- Should be an ex-armed forces person (preferably from Army)

- Should have atleast 3-5 years experience in Industrial Security Operations leading a team of assistant security officers.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Would be responsible for leading a team of around 5 assistant security officers and around 30 security guards.

- Facilitate smooth flow of men and materials in and out of the gate

- Knowledge of fire fighting processes and basic equipments related to fire fighting

- Ensure supervisors keep vigil on all outgoing, incoming material, men and vehicles

- Understand all documents, passes etc that are issued at the gate house

- Complete knowledge of all equipments used in the security department such as close circuit TV, Walkie Talkie/other communications systems, access control systems, surveillance systems, alarm systems

- Understand the processes involved in the day to day operations at the gate house
