Security Analyst/Security Administrator - Identity Access Management

Position Title: Security Analyst/ Security Administrator - IAM

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Manager-IT Security

Positions: 1

Purpose :

- She/he would be responsible for assisting the Manager (IT Security) managing and running the Security Operations and Identity and Access Management platform.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for :

- Ability to support End-to-End Security Services (Access & Identity Management)

- Implementation & automate provisioning & de-provisioning of user accounts on multiple target systems connected to Identity Manager.

- Modification to end-user/administrative web interface.

- Experience in competing Identity Management products and in access management/Single Sign-On and federation products are a plus.

- Exposure to debug problems and drive for getting root cause of the incidents.

- Perform performance tuning and problem determination for IAM platform.

- Platform skills -Windows, AIX, HP Unix Linux, Sun Solaris.

- Coordinates, manages, coaches, develops, and leads the team responsible for the maintenance, operations, and support of the IAM tool.

- Develop and maintain security framework to support authentication, federation, and privileged acct management.

- Acts as an escalation point for the team and help remove barriers that prevent IAM policies and processes from moving forward.

- Coordinating with and closely partnering with various business units and their management.

- Creates measures, analyzes, and presents reports to management representing current application, ID, and privileged ID onboarding in addition to usage reports.

- Regular review and updates to identity and access management processes and procedures to address audit findings and gaps in existing access controls.

- Development and ongoing maintenance of documents related to IAM (technology and process)

Managing all :

- SOC team members monitoring IAM platform

- IT infrastructure related to IAM platform

- SOC processes related to IAM platform

Improving :

- Security posture and processes at Inter Globe

Educational Qualifications :

- Qualification required: Post Graduate/Graduate in Computer Science.

- CISSP or CISM or CISA is highly desirable.

Knowledge :

- Technical hands on experience with an IAM platform.

- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Integration

- Multi-hatted skillset (PMO, Business Analysis, Program Manager, etc.) with a technical background (production support, problem, management, on-going system maintenance, enhancements and developments)

- Experience in an environment that has gone through maturity and transformation.

- Experience in security role with a strong working knowledge and understanding of information security frameworks, incident management and operations and best practices.

- Candidate must be able to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high stress situations

- Exceptional documentation and communication skills.

- MS Office proficiency.

Eligibility :

Years of experience : Overall 5-8 years of IT Industry experience with 3-5 years on experience in IT/Information Security role.
