VP - Sales
Roles & Responsibility :
- Setup new branches, and drive towards full productivity
- Develop annual operating plan / budget for reporting branches and ensure adherence
- Lead a team of sales professionals and be responsible for their performance evaluation and monitoring
- Develop beat-plan for individual team members based on prioritized customer segments (by micro-market, by industry verticals)
- Ensure high uptake of technology applications (i.e. PAM and Notify) by clients
- Gain a natural market share for SecureNow in allocated geographies
- Ensure best-in-class policy persistency measured via number / value
- Liaison with underwriting team to negotiate favorable insurance terms for client
- Work with claims and servicing team to manage client's claims and servicing requirements
- Coordinate with marketing team to generate leads for sales team members
- Activate referral networks in conjunction with Partnership team
Candidate Background :
- Post-graduate degree with ideally 10 years of work experience. Ideal candidate would have worked with a General Insurer or NBFC or other financial services firm. Experience in advisory firms will be considered.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders is required
- Strong project management skills are required
- Insurance exposure though preferred is not a must
- Should have experience of team handling
