- Defines a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales.

- Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.

Sales Lead Requirements:

- It will be useful to have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, or an allied profession.

- It's vital to have sales experience.

- Has sound business judgment, all-around commercial awareness, and sales skills.

- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
