Sales Specialist Duties :
- Develop relationships with clients and potential clients Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients' needs in a timely manner.
- Develop customized selling strategies.
- Establish and maintain professional rapport with clients.
Sales Specialist Responsibilities :
- Assist clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans.
- Identify and develop leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and trade shows.
- Develop relationships and advance the sales funnel from initial contact to sale.
- Initiate new customer and vendor relationships and expand existing work relationships.
- Research and qualify leads, providing recommendations to clients.
- Assist with lead generation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Maintain records of sales calls and conversations.
- Prepare and maintain client files.
- Assist with account management, including client billing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
- Encourage client referrals.
Requirements And Skills :
- Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a sales capacity.
- Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
- Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant.
