Responsibilities for retention manager:
- Support the Head of Enterprise Retention in the development of a high performing team
- Work with the retention and broader teams to help build, implement and continually improve the execution of analytical insights including predictive modelling to increase effectiveness of retention campaigns and initiatives
- Prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Assesses member data to identify at-risk members
- Develops and maintains quality improvement programs
- Key role in the customer migration efforts for professional software legacy products subscribers to new professional software products
- Review and update marketing related to student engagement and educational opportunities
- Design programs to improve performance
- Oversee and participate in planning, developing and administering all program budgets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate their insights into our work and influence key partners (sponsors, providers, ) to continuously improve our communications
Qualifications for retention manager:
- Take the lead to streamline and automate upgrades, voluntary churn & eligible base reporting in Excel and ultimately ROSIe/MicroStrategy
- Own and continually review / lead the approval of all business rules relating to upgrades, voluntary churn
- Provide ad-hoc upgrades & voluntary churn analysis & reporting as & when required
- Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- Help manage and oversee weekly email production calendar and campaigns
- Plan and execute site initiatives including operational support management and coordination of tactical efforts
