We are looking for a proactive Assistant Managers to work as a part of a renewal team to build and service clients. The incumbent will be allocated a market, the productivity of which he/she will be responsible for. The role would primarily involve activities across client servicing and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reaching out to clients/channels
- Client engagement across senior levels
- Being able to renew 100% of own policies
- Garner additional sales through up sell/cross sell endeavour
- Efficient customer service for existing clients and understanding client needs
- Generating quotes from multiple insurance companies
- Developing customized client pitch documents
- Ensuring smooth fulfillment of after sales process
- Responding to queries and solve them timely basis
- Coordination with insurance companies for claims settlement
- Help to develop and strengthen institutional mechanisms i.e., referral network, coordinate company outreach events etc.
Candiate Background:
- At least 1 year of experience preferably form general insurance sales or B2B business development background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a good time-management skills
