Job Description - Manager - Secured / Unsecured Loans
The person will be responsible for executing strategic customer engagement, sales strategy and lender relationship management and will be required to:
1. Construct a strategy and manage relationships with lenders - banks, NBFC- s, small finance banks, etc. for improving the disbursals and aim at maximum conversions.
2. Provide ideation and thought leadership, and ensure high levels of productive client engagement with lenders. Be seen as a collaborative thought partner in building business with top lenders
3. Create new opportunities with lenders, and aim to being recognized internally and externally as an expert in helping the business thrive in the new digital world of credit evaluation
4. Provide inputs to technology and operations team for process changes, tech enhancements to make the process more customer friendly and straight through
5. Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters on the referrals channeled to the lenders
Activities performed by Team
1. Rapidly manage the on-going relationship with lender partners and ensure timely feedback received from across all lenders.
2. Develop a growth strategy for lenders and a monthly conversion target be achieved.
3. Raise invoice month on month for all the conversion done for respective lenders.
4. Build and foster deep relationship with lenders at all levels and with industry experts
5. Define, review and agree to a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives and roadmap with our key lenders. Create joint actions with top partners using their understanding of their pain points and credit initiation process and make them familiar with our product offering.
6. Work with APP OPS team to drive X-sell volumes been converted for final disbursal.
7. Work with BDM to sign-up appropriate credit offers for clients and to fulfill requirements for additional lenders as and when required.
8. Do reject analysis basis the feedback received from the lender and to thrive upon suggestions for accurate rule engine fixes.
9. Work closely with the team to build efficient processes with lenders
10. Interact closely with all lenders for feedback on the referrals shared and track the movement of each referral at every stage for better conversion

1. Deliver against set leads conversion targets month on month.
Profile and Experience
1. Should be a Post Graduate from a reputed B school with 2 - 4 years- experience in managing sales, Operations and relationship building function in a bank and NBFC
2. 2 - 4 years - experience in handling secured products like Home Loans, Auto Loans and/ or unsecured products like credit cards, personal loans etc.
3. Strong sales focus with understanding of alternate sales channels and managing DSA.
4. Strong understanding of numbers, metrics.
5. Strong problem solving skills - creating new markets, customer relationships and solutions
6. Good people management skills.
