Secure Now Insurance Broker (P) Ltd is setup by distinguished professionals with Insurance and Advisory background. A brief background of the management team is given below:

Kapil Mehta: An alumni of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, he has over 18 years of experience with 8 years in the Insurance Industry. In his last position Kapil was the Managing Director of DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company. Kapil had earlier worked with Max New York Life Insurance, McKinsey & Company, and Hindustan Unilever.

Abhishek Bondia: He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He has 9+ years of business advisory experience focused on Insurance in US and India. His prior experience is with McKinsey & Company.

The company’s objective is to become the most trusted insurance advisor for its clients. Towards this goal, the company represents its clients and helps them procure the best solution among all Insurance Manufacturers, without any preferential treatment whatsoever.

The company focuses primarily on corporate insurance. Herein company advises CFOs, HR Heads and other members of the client’s top management to structure and procure Employee Benefits and General Insurance solutions.

Over the past 2 years, company has received great traction from clients across industry verticals (Manufacturing, Energy, E-commerce, Financial Services, BPOs etc.), product domains (employee benefits, property, marine, liability) and size (Fortune 500, listed domestic companies, promoter-driven, VC-funded etc.). The company is now preparing for its next stage of expansion i.e. via new geographies and new channels.

Profile:

- GM will be a part of the top management team. Incumbent would overall lead the team of sales personnel. The individual will be responsible for the productivity and quality of the team.

- The role would include providing guidance to team members on activities across client development phase including market scanning for potential clients, proactive reaching out to prospective clients, understanding client needs, developing customized client pitch documents, make client presentations, ensure a smooth fulfillment process etc.

- Also, for the existing clients, he / she will ensure efficient customer service including responding to queries, coordination with Insurance manufacturers for claims, etc.

- In addition, the candidate will work with the senior team to strengthen institutional mechanisms i.e., referral network, outreach events etc.

- The incumbent would also lead the company’s expansion into other geographies including setting up new branches, and relevant institutional mechanisms around it.

Candidate Background:

- Post-graduate degree with 5 to 10 yrs of experience
