Small Description of the Role

- To lead, drive & manage sales team

- Responsible for revenue generation

- Coordinating with various agencies, partners, sales agents & associations for tie-ups

- Traveling for tie ups & Business Development

- Maintain a strong relationship with key clients, Trade Commissions, Embassies, education & government institutions

- Monitor competitors activities and based on the same undertake timely market intervention

- Assist in marketing, planning, development and vendor selection

- Assisting on site Exhibition management & Operations

- Evaluate effectiveness and cost efficiency of events

- Continuously assess & review elements of marketing mix

- Work with in house design cell to develop/ implement the communication plan for exhibitions

- Should possess excellent vertical expertise in any of these - Power & Infrastructure, Healthcare, Technology and / or Education.

- Should have excellent knowledge on sectors

- Handled meaningful B2B Conference

- Handled critical projects, minimum 3 to 5.

- Should be a combination of content and sales.
