Job Description:
- The primary responsibility of the role is to operate the sector function centrally for the Building Service Contractors, Retail and Government in the BREG vertical driving towards topline and bottom line objectives for the sector.
- He/she has to also ensure customer satisfaction for all Key customers in the sector. This is a Pan India role.
Other Key Result Areas of the role are:
- To construct the Sector budget for top line and bottom line.
- Key Customer relationship management, cross selling to customers, ensuring satisfaction levels as desired, acquiring large new customers.
- Receivables from Key Customers within norms and costs as per budgets.
- Preparation of qualitative and quantitative customer reports for reviews with large customers.
- Develop customized SOP’s, Instruction documents and implementation programs for customers.
- To identify, track and handle competitive moves in the sector.
The Successful Applicant:
- Successful Applicant will be an MBA with atleast 8 years of experience.
- The candidate must have strong business knowledge of the Building Service Contractors and Government sector.
- The applicant must also have basic knowledge of chemistry and formulation, Cost analysis, Good conceptual & problem solving skills essential
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Result oriented, CRM, key account management, leadership, Boundary less approach to management, willing to take ideas from anywhere.
