Education: MBA in HR

Experience: 9 - 12 years

Role:

- As the Section Head - HR, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Plant HR Head. The purpose of your role will be to assist in leading the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR service across the plant.

- The provision of effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members and the delivery of strategic and operational people projects and initiatives that maximize performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the organization.

Purpose:

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Partnering with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring, ensuring smooth on-boarding of talent across levels.

2. To work with Function Head & other key stakeholders for Manpower planning.

3. To ensure effective implementation of all Talent management processes (goal setting, mid -year review, annual appraisal, etc).

4. Design interventons for capability building of employees, organizing technical & behavioral training programs, etc.

5. Enhance people productivity, arrest attrition & design various engagement activities.

6. Work on various manpower analysis & dashboards to support business operations as per requirement.

7. Partner with DEI team to promote inclusivity at workplace.

8. Ensure support to various compliances and audits as per requirement.
