We are looking for Market Research & Business strategy guy with strong experience preferably from steel commodities.

Role: Section Head - Market Research & Business Strategy Analyst

Experience: 10+ years

Location : Mumbai and Surat

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or related field. Knowledge of Steel Commodities (BRM will be added )

- 8+ years of proven experience in market research and business strategy analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

- Experience in building detailed case studies and market reports.

- Proficient in using research tools, databases, and analytical software.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed databases on supply and demand fundamentals for commodities under review.

- Conduct thorough market surveys and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

- Utilize various research methodologies to gather and analyse data, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Prepare comprehensive market reports encompassing commodity analysis

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their information needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Liaison with the internal learning teams to identify gaps with respect to industry and digitalise way forwards.

- Propose and implement improvements to research methodologies and reporting processes.
