Role & responsibilities
To assist in leading the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR service across the plant. The provision of effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members and the delivery of strategic and operational people projects and initiatives that maximise performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the organisation.
HR Excellence through HR Analytics:
1. Monitoring & Maintaining HR Overhead Budgets
2. Increasing the Diversity Score as per the D&I vision of the organization
3. No of Automations & Digitization for going Digital in HR processes
4. HR Dashboard that covers Key KPI movement for business partnering
5. Workforce Analytics for smoothing production
Talent Management for organization agility to business continuity:
1. Succession readiness
2. Skill Improvement of workforce
3. Performance vs Potential (PVP)
4. PACE implementation on time and robustness
5. Ensuring Organization Talent review in place
Employee Engagement:
1. Enhance Employee productivity
2. Retention of Key talent
3. Arrest Attrition %
4. Increase Engagement coverage %
5. Identifying and implementing unique engagement initiatives
TA & Retention:
1. Quality of Hire (infant attrition, TAT, 1st yr Performance score, Employee productivity rate) to be ensured at Plant
2. Arrest Staff absenteeism % to ensure planned production rate
Talent Development for future ready skills:
1. Identify Skill gap and bridge through customized training intervention
2. Training intervention for Union and Management collaboration
