Section Head - Business Strategy
Our client is one of the top private diversified NBFCs in India which offers end-to-end lending solutions to a diverse set of customers - Retail, HNI, MSMEs, and Mid & Large Corporates through secured as well as unsecured loan products
- Working directly with Business/Function Heads in developing respective strategies, providing industry and competitive insights and strategic point of view, and developing overall ABFL strategy
- Co-lead strategy for new business-launch projects along with Business Heads
- Drive effective project / program management and coordination of cross-functional strategic projects
- Drive Business Development and other strategic partnerships for the group
- Research and provide industry and competition insights and strategic point of view, across all lines of business
- Develop and sustain a strong ongoing understanding of all businesses and functions at the group and industry, competition and regulatory knowledge and trends
- Role represents ABFL and interacts directly with CEOs or Business/Function Heads of very large (potential) partnership entities
- Design, set-up, launch and drive effective project / program management and coordination for central loans cross-sell (Across LOB product, Policy, BIU, and LOB Sales / Marketing)
