Position - Section Head - Administration, Projects
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & costing for admin operations.
- This will include contracts on procurement or rental model to take services and items/ assets / consumables.
Role encompass continuous work on the delivery of the following:
- Continued provisioning for internal and external housekeeping services, drinking water and food services.
- Supervision and control on contractual manpower to ensure delivery of administrative jobs and activities within timelines.
- Close coordination with stakeholder teams for garnering support in execution of administrative jobs and take feedback on the ongoing administrative operations to identify areas of improvement.
- Close coordination required with HR / IR/ Major contractors.
- Support onboarding of associates and contractor manpower e.
- Control on OPEX & verification and certification of invoices.
- First level of DoA control for OPEX line items
- Canteen Management for employees and associates approximately 2500pax and ensuring food shelters & other utilities for 25000 + contractual workforce, during project phase.
- Lead Punch point closure and smooth transition of facilities from project phase to operations.
- Need identification of CAPEX projects of admin and monitor it till execution and it's safe operations.
- Maintenance of existing administrative infrastructure.
- Safety & Environment Orientation
- Communication & Team Management.
Key Challenges:
1. Project activities are at its peak and presence at site is most critical expectation of the management
2. Quick delivery, indigenous solutions and adaptiveness on frequent changes
3. Capability to reduce the bottlenecks for budgetary allocations and independently take sanctions of contingent requirements
4. Capable to maintain a information flow on intelligence and information to ensure issues of IR / PR nature are flagged at the earliest
Educational Qualifications & Certifications"
- Master's or its equivalent
- Total Years of Experience" More than 15 years (Preference to professional of armed forces with similar experience)
Functional Skills:
Computer skills, Data Analysis, Procurement skills, Vendor management, Scheduling of jobs, Basic understanding of Civil construction activities to ensure due supervision can be exercised on maintenance activities
