Looking for Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai based candidates for Resarch team of Big 4:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage/lead a team of 15-25 analysts while working on multiple research projects at any given point of time. Conduct exhaustive secondary research across Google, and proprietary databases such as Factiva, OneSource, Capital IQ etc

- Developing new products to service upcoming needs of the firm

- Independently manage process-driven and custom research assignments – such as company profiling, industry snapshots, financial analysis, press search, executive profiling etc

- Directly engage with internal and external stakeholders, interpret their requirements, staff projects and manage the communication flow throughout

- Set up standards for quality control; measure and report performance against those standards

- Recruit people through lateral and campus recruitment process

- Take on people mentoring responsibilities by assuming ownership for a defined set of individuals and setting their goals; delivering feedback; planning careers and coordinating appraisals

- Support (or lead) business unit strategy initiatives including business development, talent acquisition, knowledge management, quality, and process improvement

- Incubating new teams driven by the success of innovation & business development activities
