Key Responsibilities :
- Provide syndicated data pulls (in response to requests from the MNI team in US) using various data sources such as Gfk MRI, Scarborough, Nielsen SMS, and ComScore).
- Use syndicated data to build custom magazine network recommendations and compelling - data driven- audience stories to support sales.
- Regularly update the MNI research portal on new data is available. This is both a data-heavy and time-intensive initiative.
- Create custom target/network definitions for syndicated data sources whenever required.
- Creating/updating marketing collaterals including audience data sheets, category materials, case studies and other general presentations.
- Build/maintain automated (macro enabled) dashboards to integrate and interactively report data from various data sources. Also support with providing training on basic macro-building to other team members as required.
- Research and create documents on the current and future trends affecting the advertising industry landscape in the U.S. market. This may include an in-depth analysis of business-critical industries and important advertisers including market sizing, multi-media advertising spend analysis, uncovering trends and opportunities; and creating company profiles and overviews.
- QA Adobe DPS produced interactive documents and websites for errors. Essentially this requires someone to go over the entire document with a fine tooth comb and requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure no errors. This will be done approximately 6 times in a year.
- Establish good working relationship with U.S. stakeholders.
Qualification :
- MBA with 1 to 3 years work experience
- Hands on experience working on secondary research tools and databases for U.S. market.
- Must have background in Media/Marketing (either through previous experience/ internship/ academics).
- Excellent English language communication
- Good conceptual thinking and ideation skills; passion for research and storytelling
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation-building
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Superior MS Excel skills; ability to create advanced Macros
Priority Skills :
- Prior experience with syndicated data tools such as Gfk MRI, ComScore, etc.
- Proficiency in American English and/or experience working with US based clientele
- Good understanding of the U.S. market and/or exposure to American pop-culture and advertising trends for major brands/advertisers by virtue of having worked with or studied in US.
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
