Desired Qualifications:
- MBA post-graduate with HR specialization from a premier MBA institute (XLRI, TISS, IIM, FMS, etc.)
- 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring recruitment of critical roles
- Responsible for training and development pan-India and abroad
- Responsible for employee engagement pan-India and abroad
- Automation of HR processes
- Standardization of on-boarding across locations
- Implementing performance management in the organization
- Coordinating with and directing Branch HRs
- Partnering with business stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee engagement across locations
- Exit management
- Implementation of ERP
