Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts
Qualifications/Experience:
Qualified CA with 8+ years post qualification experience
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring day to day Accounts and Finance Activities
- Preparation of Business Plan, Capital and Revenue Budgets
- Maintaining Fixed Assets
- Finalization of Accounts
- Tax planning and compliance in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Statutory Compliance
- Coordination with banks Project finance
- Financial Budgeting & Costing
- MIS Reporting
- Financial reporting and analysis, costing and Budgetary control
- Knowledge in GST
- Managing the annual audit process in within the required deadlines
- Need to have complete working knowledge of ERP
- Identify revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA
- Initiating and implementing the finance strategies of the Organization
- To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the Organization
- Responsible for the Organization financial, accounting and credit functions
- To monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.
