Key Responsibilities:

Managed Services & Performance optimisation:

- Task Execution: Work closely with the Managed Services team to complete assigned tasks that contribute to the client's growth objectives.

- KPI Measurement: Measure, track, and analyse performance KPIs. Provide insights to clients and participate in strategy discussions aimed at achieving key performance goals.

- Feed optimisation: Review, optimise, and align product feeds across digital platforms (Google Shopping, Meta, social media, and online marketplaces) ensuring compliance with best practices.

- Visibility & CTR Improvements: Implement strategies and improvements to enhance visibility, increase CTR, and positively impact ROAS for client campaigns.

- Periodic Audits: Conduct regular audits of Google Shopping Feeds to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement audit recommendations.

- Troubleshooting: Assist clients and internal teams with troubleshooting digital feed issues across various digital and social channels.

Daily and Checks:

Perform daily checks within the Intelligent Reach platform, including:

- Import and export error checks

- Category mapping

- Marketplace errors checks

- Google Merchant Center (GMC) errors check

- Stale data check

- 0 revenue checks

- Urgent issues to action

Quarterly Roadmap Creation & optimisation Plans:

- Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop quarterly product feed optimisation plans that align with client goals, emphasising key performance improvements and incorporating strategic label suggestions.

- Experimentation Strategy: Plan and implement regular experimentation strategies using the IR Experiments Module to test and optimise product feeds.

Keyword Research & Feed Onboarding:

- Keyword Research: Conduct research to identify keywords suitable for optimising product titles and product types.

- Google Feed Reviews: Review and optimise Google Shopping feeds for newly onboarded clients, ensuring all necessary optimisations are properly implemented and aligned with Google's best practices.

- Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth launch for new client accounts, with fully optimised feeds from day one.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing product feeds, Google Shopping, and marketplaces.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Shopping, Meta, social media platforms, and online marketplace product feed requirements and best practices. Knowledge of digital feeds, especially Google Shopping feeds, is highly regarded.

- Ecommerce Experience: Experience in ecommerce is beneficial, as it provides valuable insights into optimising product feeds for retail and online marketplace performance.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel is essential for reviewing product data feeds, analysing data, and identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse performance data, identify issues, and recommend solutions to optimise KPIs.

- Client Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to clients.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve feed-related issues in a timely manner.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity across digital platforms.

- Remote Work Competence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in an offshore, remote environment.

- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
