Search & Social Specialist
Role & Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization: Improve organic visibility, traffic, and rankings using various methods, such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, monitoring analytics, and submitting webpages, YouTube videos, Quora answers, and articles/blogs to various platforms.
- Online Presence and Reputation Management: Manage and update online and social listings with content, events, products, services, reviews, messages, comments, and queries to optimize online presence.
- Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO performance metrics, and social media channels and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4-5 years of experience in social media, SEO, and online reputation management and are looking for a long-term association.
- Good written and oral English communication.
- A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change.
- Openness to adapt new technology (software and hardware).
- Sharp attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.
- The belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5.
