- Execution of mandates at a CXO, CEO, CTO & minus 1 level. Client engagements, candidate management, sourcing, screening and interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Working on Executive Leadership Talent Needs (Senior Management) for reputed clients across IT and Non-IT verticals. The role involves extensive Industry Mapping and organization research, Executive research, Organization structures, Talent mapping, and various modes of Headhunting.
- To conduct exhaustive primary and secondary research across industries, functions, and geographies based on the research plan which includes industry, company, and talent mapping to identify game-changing leaders for the future
- Screening candidates through telephonic/face-to-face interviews in order to present the most appropriate candidate.
- Creating candidate assessment reports to provide a crisp summary of the candidate's profile demonstrating his/her suitability for the role.
