Job Description :
1. Working on Executive Leadership Talent Needs (Senior Management) for reputed clients across technology sector. The role involves extensive Industry Mapping and organization research, Executive research, Organization structures, Talent mapping, and various modes of Headhunting.
2. Client engagements, Candidate managements, Sourcing, Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
3. Meeting Future technology leaders face to face and building relationship with them
4. Source candidates using databases, social media etc. Evaluate resumes and applications
5. Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
6. Match the most suitable candidates to different positions. Foster good relationship with the clients.
7. Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
