- Over 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing primarily in SEO, Website Maintenance and Performance Marketing
- Thorough knowledge of search engine optimization practices and Website Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge and expertise in Paid Media Marketing
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Familiarization Google analytics, Search console, AdWords, GTM, etc
- Experience with website optimization tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to acquire customer on all purchase funnel. Manage website content for SEO optimization and working closely with agency partners to come up with new ideas and improvements
- Develop and execute plans to drive traffic from various channels onto required website pages in the approved CPC/CTA
- Identify growth opportunities and conversion funnels by analyzing data through various tools like Google Analytics, Keyword tool, Audience behavior, AdWords, Search console, etc. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Find and target audiences & accordingly onboard/execute paid media marketing across Google Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, OTT, YouTube, e-comm, etc
- Closely monitor all competition and industry activities and ensure the best practices are adopted. Evaluating competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to supersede them
- Secondary focus on: SEM, Performance Marketing, Affiliate program, Ratings & reviews program, and other company's 3rd party marketing vendors
- Design, Build, Manage and Maintain official website (pre-login) in terms of UI/UX, customer experience, ease of navigation, lead capturing mechanism, personalization and customization
- Measure content success with key metrics including SEO performance, keyword rank, and lead optimization efforts
