You will have the opportunity to operate on both the strategic and tactical level while taking ownership of our PPC paid search marketing campaigns.
The Position : The SEM Lead will research, develop, implement and manage our paid search marketing campaigns that deliver against the set business metrics.
Responsibilities :
- This role requires the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing road-map including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.
- Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
- Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.

- Find and analyze keywords, prepare advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to increase ROI and drive sales volume.
- Stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the SEM domain and incorporate into ongoing campaign management.
- Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices to ensure our success.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing Degree preferred. Exceptional candidates from other domains are also welcome.
- 5-8 years experience managing online campaigns.
- Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both acquisition and conversion standpoint.
- Experience managing SEM campaigns internationally in targeting customers in specific international regions/countries is preferred.
- Passion for SEM and overall internet marketing.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
