The role's responsibilities include:
- Drive success for digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media monitoring and demand generation programs.
- Lead, plan and execute a full spectrum of search (SEO, SEM, etc) activities, including but not limited to keyword research, site audits, page- and site-level optimization, content strategy, link building strategy, competitive assessment and technical troubleshooting;
- Create, maintain and present traffic and ranking reports; perform bi-weekly/monthly on-site SEO audits.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content (metadata) development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific.
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Lead a team to administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, entertainment feeds, webmaster tools), to create meta tags/canonicals; drafting meta tags rules; quality check of uploaded content; off-site SEO audits; discover & evaluate organic competitors
- Communication to team and leadership on project development, timelines, and results; work closely with the other team members to meet customer acquisition goals
- Lead and drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
