Role : People Experience & Analytics.

Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1).

Job Responsibilities :

- Employee life cycle management, Enhancing the overall employee experience (Red Carpet for New Hires and Blue Carpet for those exiting).

- Owning Hire Fact Sheets and making sure it is delivered to the new hire.

- Grievance handling, Single point of contact for company policies, HRMS, Payroll related queries, resolving the queries in a timely and complete manner.

- Policy guidance and administration, design, plan and implement new policies as and when required to ensure all legal compliances.

- Advise on appropriate policy implementation for any particular employee need Eg: If a person is looking for time off, PEA Lead has to advise whether it would be a career break, LOP, Medical leave etc based on context; would partner with PSBP and apply policies as fit.

- Review forum feedback and Update Policy and Processes where necessary.

- To ensure statutory compliance and handling audits.

- Planning & organizing fun activities and events to cheer up the spirits of employees and to encourage the HAPPIER culture.

- Manage and create robust teams with the aim to create an awesome employee experience for all Searcians.

- So we might look for a postgraduate degree in MBA in Human Resources along with 15 - 18 years of relevant experience.
