Internal & External communications  - Assisting the director in developing the annual Promotion and branding plan.  - Handle brand communications in liaison with the Advertising agency : From briefing the agency to assessment of creative, managing media deliverables, for the brand and for various events, promotions, contests etc as part of and brand related advertising campaigns. Also handling routine matters like agency bills, collaterals, releases, approvals etc.  - Managing participation in exhibitions, and merchandising of products.  - Handling below the Line (BTL) activities like Promotions, events, exhibitions etc.  - Tie-ups & Co-branding : Identifying & negotiating with alliance partners for joint promotions cross tie-ups and associations for various events and promotion with other brands.  - PR related activities: Interviews, articles.  - Market Research to gain consumer insights on product preferences among consumers. Also to analyze and understand consumer attitudes and behavior towards competitive product and marketing initiatives.  - Coordinating with various external parties: Suppliers, ad agencies, on ground promotional agencies, production houses, print houses and government bodies to translate new ideas through multiple communication needs.   - Negotiate cost and ensure deliverables.  - Develop a database of suppliers and promotional agencies.   - Work out cost-benefit analysis of various commercial proposals from third parties and to drive the deals.   - New Market Launches.  - Web Site management - Developing micro-websites for various marketing promotions / events with the help of web agency.  - Ensuring content development and timely release of monthly/ quarterly magazine.  - Responsible for all external communications and development of related collaterals (brochures, pamphlet).  Education :  - B.Sc/B.Com/B.A + MBA (Marketing) with Minimum 4- 6 yrs experience   - Experience in handling agencies.   - Experience in managing all forms of communication across different media.
